poor cleaning faulty mechanism
I found the lack of attention to cleanliness quite disappointing. there were some stains on the windows and the table was not properly cleaned. i also noticed residue in the shower (which i certainly didn't add). additionally, opening the toilet door was rather difficult. The mechanism seemed faulty.

Really good Service and Convenient Location

The staff was helpful. The hotel sits conveniently near two bus routes, one directly to the train station and the other to the historic downtown. I found this location quite convenient for exploring the surrounding area.
The breakfast area was warm. The air conditioning was not working properly, or was turned off, and no curtains were available to block sunlight. These conditions.

the room included a mini fridge. i found a shopping center opposite the hotel, this was convenient. staff members were polite and helpful at all times.
the hotel is next to a main road so noise was noticeable at times.

the comfort double room was spacious and clean. i found the breakfast excellent with a lot of choices. the staff was helpful on several occasions (especially with directions). the underground garage made parking easy.
the bathroom walls in my room are transparent, which i did not prefer for privacy.

the staff was very helpful and cute. they provided quick assistance at check-in. i received helpful directions and recommendations for local restaurants . the receptionists were particularly friendly and spoke english well.

The staff assisted me with storing my belongings before check-in and after check-out. They were helpful! The location offers easy access to public transportation. Bus stops are nearby. I found the hotel's artistic design creating a cute and unique atmosphere.

the reception staff offered friendly and helpful service. trolley bus transport to the town center was convenient. the breakfast room felt spacious. beautiful coffee was available.
the key card stopped functioning frequently. going up and down to get it fixed was frustrating. disposable slippers were unavailable. the bathroom felt open to the bedroom, and it was a bit uncomfortable.

Excellent Stay Near Everything
convenient location accommodating staff
I found the location quite convenient with good public transport options. A nearby shopping mall has a Billa Plus, a real find for the price (very useful). The staff were accommodating. They assisted me with every question and check-in was simple. The room was great, and I recommend it highly.
I noticed a lack of privacy with the shower. The cabinet had no external door, it was see-through. This made it a bit awkward in the twin room with my friend.
